Despite focusing on making single robotic automation solutions more affordable and productive to the end user, we never forgot about the interconnected processes more and more common in today’s machine shop. Using our standardized products, we have several long production lines in operation at our customer facilities as well. We successfully adapted our standard products into a production line scenario very effectively, using the latest in vision and communications technology. We pride ourselves in making robotic automation more accessible to the end-user, focusing on creating more cost effective cell designs and simplifying the robotic process if possible. Personal interaction with our friendly, knowledgeable engineers and cell specific training make the transition to the automated cell a cinch for even the first-time user. Additional levels of familiarity can be gained for complicated cells using our Cell Controller HMI, a windows based control customized to your cell.

In addition to providing turn-key automation systems, we provide engineering and support services as well. Meaning that if your cell goes down or needs additional tooling or software, we are more than happy to help out. In our business, we have remained independent of machine tool builders.
