Matrix Design is part of the Fanuc Robotics Integrators Network and is an Independent Authorized Integrator. As such, much of the product we sell is based around the Fanuc Robotics product line. We have spent much development time, creating effective subsystems around the robotic arm.
For standard applications, the robot comes pretty well equipped, in some models including pneumatic valves for the end effector tooling. In other cases the robot needs extensive assistance in the form of turntables, slides, conveyors, spinner units, even gantry arms to bring the robot in and out of the machining area.
These systems have to be very rugged and durable, as the usual “up-time” of a robot is more extensive than that of a manually operated cell. Additional components necessary for your cell and integrated into your process are designed with durability in mind.
